It is said that we live in a constant state of mental health. It is a state of being in tune with your feelings and your thoughts. Most of the time, it is like that. We can go through periods of depression, anxiety, moodiness, and other mental issues. We also talk to our friends and loved ones about these things and sometimes it is hard not to pick up on them in our conversation.
One of the things that I have seen personally is the way that some mental health issues manifest themselves. The more intense the episode, the more it affects your daily life. It’s like you are always being told you have to be on medication to feel better, but you just can’t seem to get off of it.
It’s often difficult to get off of it because the condition only seems to get worse over time. So if you don’t realize it’s even happening, you then wonder if its even real. I have seen this time and time again. It is very hard to get better when you are not aware of yourself. For me personally, I have found that if I take a deep breath and stop trying to fight it, then it will eventually go away. Although it is often hard to stop.
I think it is because of this reason that the majority of people who take medication are not aware of what is happening to them. I use to be the same way. I think in my case it was that I had become too attached to this medication, and I couldn’t shake it off.
I guess that is why I am so obsessed with all things mental health at the moment. That and I have a couple of people in my life that need my help.
Like me, a lot of people who use medication suffer from some form of mental illness. It is a fact that a lot of people who take medication have trouble with depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety issues. In spite of the fact that you are not aware of the fact of your mental health, you still take that medication and think you are fine.
What you eat, how you think, and who you are with can all affect your mental health. Just think back to the things that you had been doing before the medication kicked in. If you have bipolar disorder, for example, you probably used a lot of drugs that make you feel very depressed. If you have anxiety issues, you probably used a lot of pills that make you feel very anxious. If you are stressed about life, you probably used a lot of sleeping pills.
All seasons Mental Health is a new interactive game from Game Grumps where players take turns playing as a player who is mentally ill, and who needs help. For example, if you are an ex-smoker, you probably had issues with anxiety from smoking. If you are a person who always has trouble sleeping, you probably had issues with depression from trying to sleep. And if you are a person with OCD, you probably had issues with food and anxiety from eating.
Game Grumps has taken the interactive form of a game and made it a lot more interactive. They’ve created a lot of these problems for you to be able to interact with and solve. Now, it’s up to you to help the players in your life.
The game is all about helping the players in your life. Games should allow you to control your own emotions and make them helpful to someone else more than they are to you. Also, if you are depressed, you can help other depressed people.
