This is a well-known quote from one of the greatest minds of our time, “Better health is better design.” It’s a simple philosophy and it applies to everything. I’ve written about it before in this blog post, but I’ll include some additional information about how it applies to your health.
Health is a combination of our physical body and mental health. The physical body consists of our blood, our muscles, our bones, and our organs. These are all the parts of our body that get used and abused as we age. Our mental health is the part of our brain that remains conscious and able to take in information and think. This part of our brain is responsible for decision-making and memory.
It is also important to note that our mental health is an integral part of our physical health. It is a combination of our mental and emotional health. Our physical body is controlled by the brain, and our mental health is controlled by the body.
Our brains are always in our heads. They are like a small computer chip. The more we use these chips, the more information they can process, and the more we use our brains, the more they can become overloaded. So we want to make the best use of our mental health. We don’t want aging to be a curse, but we also don’t want to have to deal with brain surgery when we can still be happy with what we have.
That’s all fine and good, but the reality is that if our bodies are not the best they can be, then our brains are not the best they can be, either. A great deal of mental health research has been done in the past few decades to improve the “mental” health of computer users. That research has shown that there is a relationship between the number of hours you use your computer and the amount of information you can process.
The idea behind “better health” is that it’s better to be healthy with less resources spent on your body. A great way to do this is to create a computer system that maximizes productivity, but does so in a way that is not overly-complicated. If you have a hard time remembering numbers, for example, you could use a simple spreadsheet. Your computer system could then calculate that number and send it to you in a text message.

Not so much. People are always busy, so it’s rare that we do get a long or accurate break of sleep. We have to rely on our ability to work at a steady pace, so we’re always rushed to try and get things done.
