I’m a big believer in the idea that by the time you are 75 and can no longer do any of the things you were doing a decade or so ago, you have had a lot of time to do some of the things you wanted to do.
My wife has a lot of health issues, and I have been trying to work on myself. It’s difficult to get past the fact that I used to be a lot more active than I am now. I’m not sure how to make it easier for myself, other than to get more exercise.
Well, I do have to say, the reason I was able to get my health back to where it was when I was 75 was because of a few things: I stopped smoking, I stopped drinking, and I started exercising more. I think exercise is the only thing that can bring your health back.
To get back to your statement, I have a lot of health issues, but I’ve been working on my health for a long time, and the things I have done seem to have helped. I started exercising when I was about 50, and I’ve been continuing to work on my health for 30 years. I still have a lot of health issues, but I’m determined to get better.
Ive been watching my weight since I was in my early 20’s, and I found out a long time ago that I have to eat a certain kind of food or I get sick. Ive recently become more aware about the foods I eat and how they affect my body. I also stopped smoking, and it seems I just have a good metabolism after doing those two things.

Smoking is bad for you in ways that are still largely unknown. The good news is that all you have to do is stop smoking for a year, and you can begin to recover. Once you reach that point, you can live a normal life and be very healthy and strong. The bad news is that if you haven’t smoked for that long, then you will still have chronic health problems.
