I think that if you have health issues, you just have to accept them. You know, you can’t be so rigid that you’re just gonna change your diet and lose weight, because that’s not going to give you the health you want. We all have to accept that things are going to happen that we don’t want, but we need to find a way to deal with them.
For some it isn’t too much of a problem. The fat people that I’ve known, they’ve been on a diet, or they’ve been on a strict diet for years, and they are still healthy. They just live with it and deal with it, and they have a good life. For others, they are a problem. I’m not sure. I would say that people that are overweight are a problem if they are obese.
We are all susceptible to health risks and diseases. Some of us are just more prone to them than others. The truth is that we all need to deal with our health problems. We all need to learn to cope with them. We all need to deal with them.
