In this city health dashboard, I’m featuring my personal health and well-being, the things I’m doing to improve my health, and what I’m doing to keep my health in the forefront of my mind.

I’ve been having some health issues lately, so I thought I’d share this dashboard with you. I’ve been noticing a lot of fatigue, joint pains, and I’ve also been dealing with muscle pains. And now this dashboard is a great way to keep me honest about what Im doing to keep my bodily functions in check. Plus, it has all the information I need in order to make changes in my current routines.

The health dashboard is a lot like a diet tracker because it’s a tool for monitoring and tracking a person’s physical condition. It records everything from a person’s heart rate, blood pressure, and glucose readings to a person’s weight, calories burned, and even what vitamins and supplements they take.

Simply input your current body mass index, your blood pressure, your blood sugar (type 2 diabetes is a high blood sugar condition, and the dashboard will record both readings), and your vitamins and supplements. For example, according to the National Institutes of Health, a serving of processed meat has nearly twice the amount of saturated fat, twice the amount of trans fats, and twice the amount of cholesterol as a serving of fresh meats.

So if you’re eating a lot of processed food, it’s important to remember that it’s still processed and the ingredients are likely from factory farms. You can be more conscious about the food you eat and the way you cook it. Take some time to read the labels on foods and make sure you don’t over-eat.

Also take time to read any labels on meat products that are high in saturated fat, trans fat, or are high in sodium.
