I have two dogs of my own and they both love to play, so the fact that I have to take them to the vet when they have an itching skin condition is definitely annoying. On top of that, I have to tell the vet all the time, “I have a clipper burn on my dog’s butt” which is an added annoyance.
This is an area where dog owners can and should take a little more responsibility. It’s not that it is a big deal for the dog, but it is a hassle for the owner of the dog.
