Community health centers (CHCs) are organizations that focus on improving the health of the community, especially in the rural areas. They exist to provide services and programs that improve the health of the entire community.
I’m a little confused here. I understand the term “community health center” to refer to any type of health center, not just ones that focus on improving health. But I’m not very clear on what the term “CHC” even means.

The health department is the first line of defense for people in the community, and they spend a lot of time working with the various programs of the community to make sure that everyone gets the kind of health care that their individual needs are. CHCs are a way for the community to get health care while helping the people who need it. The community health center in Meriden will also serve as the entrance to the new community health center, which is scheduled to open in two weeks.
