I’ve had a few times over the years, where I am struggling with something and I feel like I have no idea what the fuck I’m doing, and because of this, I’m getting nowhere. But I’m getting better.
I just decided to start building myself a new life.
What I do is I start by making a list of foods that I eat that will get me the nutrients I need. My list might sound weird but its basically about anything that has a nutrient in it but can also have a lot of other stuff in as well. For example, I drink fruit juice and nuts a lot so I started eating a lot of fruit and nuts. I also started eating a lot of vegetables.
That’s the point. I am trying to eat a balanced diet because I only have 2 days a week where food is actually my main focus. I had to adjust myself into a more balanced diet after spending time on Deathloop. But I can still eat all this shit in a way that keeps myself healthy and well fed for a long time.
Deathloop does have some interesting health benefits, though. I’m sure a lot of us have had a bad experience with a certain food or exercise or some other health problem because we just didn’t think we could get better or worse. We might not know it’s how we’ve been doing for years, but there could be a specific nutrient we need to focus on.
Well, it seems like a lot of us are dealing with a problem in some way or another, and it’s good to know there’s a solution. Deathloop’s health benefits are just those of a few foods and exercise routines. A lot of people are going to die, so if you have some healthy alternatives, that should make your life easier. As for the health regen, it’s pretty standard for games to have health regen builds.
We have to be very careful, because we are so busy with our lives and our health regen is so important. We do not want to stay in the same place for long, but we will not be too careful.
The problem is when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us. Whereas a person with self-awareness is able to exercise a little meta-cognition and say, “Hmm… every time my sister calls me and asks for money, I end up drinking a lot of vodkas.
It is only once you realize that your friends are not the ones that are doing this, and that they will keep you from getting that money. So for these people, this is how they live. I hope you will be able to find some help from some of these other people.
I guess a time-loop isn’t the best place to start. I think you can do better without it. We are all on autopilot for almost nine months now. The reason why it’s so much more difficult is because there are so many other people who can’t let you off the hook, and because there are so many other things that you can control, and you can’t control them, and you can’t control them.
