For example, I have been training for years and I now find that I have more energy and is able to actually do the things I like to do more often.
Health and fitness is one of those things that is probably best understood in terms of a lifestyle. For some people, it is a way of living, for others it is a way of getting things done. Health and fitness is probably best understood in the long term lifestyle sense. You can’t really be fit to do anything you like unless you have a long-term lifestyle that is healthy.
In terms of fitness, many people have two things in common: they either work out or they don’t. This is because fitness is a lifestyle choice.
