Emotional health is simply the ability to feel like a healthy, functioning human being, regardless of the physical health of that person. You don’t have to suffer with a serious illness to have an emotional health problem.
Emotional health is not dependent on health. It is a matter of how you feel about your body, your relationships, your self-esteem, and other variables. To have an emotional health problem, it is necessary for you to feel that you are in the wrong.
