You know what? I am not sure this is the first thing you would do. This video is a real eye opener when it comes to the concept of the self-awareness you need to be able to take care of the rest of your life. You will need to be able to look at and analyze the self, look within it, and look at it with the knowledge that you are not the master of your own actions.
I know you don’t know what you are, but when you are aware of what you are, you are well aware of what you are not. Foam dog stairs are a great example of a self-aware action.
