For me, the most important thing to me is to keep a healthy lifestyle. This includes avoiding unhealthy foods and habits. I also avoid unhealthy habits. For example, I don’t drink coffee and don’t enjoy alcohol. I’m a vegetarian. I do not exercise. I do not have a personal trainer. I eat organic whenever possible and I don’t use antibiotics in my food.
