I use this to remember to drink my coffee right now. I also use it to remember to take a shower. It’s easy to keep track of my health choices.

It’s very easy to use the network to remember to take a shower, but it’s not easy to use on its own. Most of my exercises involve movement of the body, not the mind. So in order to make it easy to use, I’ve been putting together a list of the exercises I need to do with the network. I also put in a list of the times I need to do these exercises during the week.
I have a network of 5,000 exercises I need to do to get in shape. The first thing I do with the network is to create a list of all the exercises I need to do during the week, and then a list of times I need to do these exercises. Next, I create a schedule of when I need to do these exercises. I also put together a list of what exercises I need to do at each of these times.
