This week, I wanted to share some of the health information I have been learning about through my own personal journey in being a vegan. What I am learning about is why I become a vegan, as well as some of the health benefits and risks and how to make decisions about what and how much I consume.
With this information in mind, I am writing a new article that will highlight some of the health benefits and risks of veganism. It’s going to be a quick read so please subscribe to my newsletter to get it as soon as it’s ready.
For the health information week I am also sharing some of my current health challenges, including diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, and a host of others. So if you want to get an idea of what you can expect to hear next, check out my complete health story.

Well, it’s Monday, so I’m already going to be in a feverish state about writing about health issues. I’m going to try to do it live at least every other day for now, but I know that I can’t. Anyway, on with the health content, health information week, and the health challenges.
Well, health information week is not quite over. As some of you may be aware, I was born with congenital heart disease, and my condition has required the use of a pacemaker since I was two. Im one of those people who likes to wear lots of bracelets, and because of that, my heart is constantly beating at a rapid rate. I also have several autoimmune diseases, and having a pacemaker can cause all of them.
But even with all that, my heart is still beating pretty fast. The health challenge I’ve been working on is to try to slow it down for the next few weeks, but even that isn’t entirely done – I still have to get my body to react to its regular pacemaker.
Last week we got a new video showing off a new pacemaker that a man named Mark is wearing. His medical team tried to kill him, but he was able to find a way to survive.
The interesting thing about this is that the pacemaker is not connected to a heart. Rather, it’s attached to a new device called the E-Link, which is used to link him to his pacemaker. The medical team wanted to kill him to keep him from using it, but now they just need to figure out how to give him all the needed medical care in the time he has left.
In the past, Mark has been very concerned about how he will receive medical treatment, as he has no insurance and very limited resources. But the E-Link connects him to his medical care system, enabling him to receive treatment without having the need to travel.
