You can’t go to the gym because that might hurt your health, you can’t go to a movie because you might get sick from sitting in the chair and not being able to run or jump, and you can’t go out for dinner because you might get sick from eating a lot of food. It makes sense.
The good news is our health permits have been updated recently, so you can now start seeing results with just 3 out of 10. This is a big deal because it means even if you don’t go to your doctor, you can still take your health into consideration when you’re buying food, drinking coffee, and driving. If you’re taking your health into consideration when you’re buying anything, you’re going to be better off.
But if youre like most of us, you probably don’t take your health into consideration when you eat, drink, or drive. So this new permit will give you a little more control over your health. This is especially helpful if youre not eating a lot of junk food like sugar, salt, and fat. But also, if youre drinking coffee or tea, you may want to add in some exercise because your body requires carbohydrates in order to work properly.
Here at GQ we are trying to reduce the amount of sugar we eat to help our bodies produce more of the beneficial enzymes needed to detox. This new permit is a little different though. Instead of a health permit, it’s a fitness permit, which gives you access to a fitness center where you can exercise for 30 minutes or more a day. You will also be able to buy a Fitbit or other fitness tracker, which will track your distance traveled and calories burned.
While the health permit is a lot more convenient than the health permit, it still doesn’t eliminate the need for carbohydrate to work properly. You will still need the carbs, and to maximize the benefits, you’ll need to stick to a strict diet.

A strict, keto diet will have you rely on the carbs for your energy, but the fat will be the main source of fuel. A strict carb-to-fat diet will have you rely on fats for energy, but will have you rely on carbs to keep you going with your workout.
