My name is Ben and I will share my personal, firsthand experience about health and fitness with you. I’m a Colorado native, and the first time I came to Colorado, I was in the beginning of my weight loss journey. I’d been overweight for over a decade and I had never been successful with losing weight and I was at a point where I felt like there was no way that I could ever lose weight.
So I decided that I was going to do something about it. I decided to do a little experiment at my local gym and see what it would take to lose weight and what would happen if I went to the gym and ate whatever I wanted. I had been working out at home a lot because I wanted to lose some weight, but I never really felt like I was actually losing any weight. I never actually felt like I was losing any muscle or fat either.
In fact, I knew what I was doing was wrong. I was eating a lot of processed carbs, and I knew I needed to cut back. I also knew I was trying to make myself lose a lot of weight by eating lots of sugar and carbs. I knew that the only thing that would make me gain weight would be if I exercised. I had the knowledge that eating carbs and sugar would make me gain weight, but I didn’t exercise.
So when I decided to exercise, I knew I had to start at a high altitude. I knew that the lower altitude would make me gain weight. That was the first time I had to exercise for years. My high altitude exercise regimen was called the “High Altitude Training Program” because it was designed to make me lose weight and build a lean muscle definition.
I started with the low altitudes. I know from experience that the lower altitude exercise routine is not the best one. It’s too easy. I also learned that I was going to gain weight and fat if I went up too high for too long. So I’ve been on the “do this exercise for four hours every day” plan ever since.
Thats right. You can make your body do the work for you at the higher altitudes. There are a number of methods to doing this. The low altitude exercises, such as running and biking can be dangerous. Running on dirt roads is quite dangerous, and you can get hurt. Biking is not good either because it can be dangerous if you are not careful. As a whole these exercises are good, but its possible to do them poorly.
The reason why I think they need to be done is that the exercise burns more calories than just running on the road. This is because you need to do the exercise on the same level as the ground. So it’s not that your body is burning the extra calories, but the muscles are being forced to work harder. It’s the same with running. It’s not that your muscles are burning more calories, but your heart is being forced to work harder.
In the taos exercise, a person who is running at high altitude gains both aerobic and anaerobic fitness advantages. The first is that it burns more calories, but the second is that it increases your heart rate. These benefits are why it is often recommended that people train for high altitude on a treadmill. But it can also be done on the road with the same benefits.
Taos has a high altitude advantage because of the altitude, but the big plus is the training. The more a person exercises at high altitude the better off they are. This is in contrast to the “traditional” high altitude health and fitness training, which doesn’t really give you anything new to work with.
But that isn’t to say the training is useless. The fact that our bodies can adapt to high altitude is a major benefit, and the fact that the body can adapt to high altitude means you can train and maintain better health. For example, people who exercise at high altitude (like the average American who is training for an ultra marathon) tend to increase their heart rate when they are at high altitude. Taos makes it easier to train at altitude.
