The way that Kaiser is organized is interesting. There is different levels of involvement, from being a part of one of the Kaiser staff to being a board member, a director, or even a CEO. We’re a part of a network of organizations that includes health care, education, public safety, environmental management, and more. It makes it very easy to find the services that we offer.
I think for many of us, we are more interested in improving the health of our neighbors than the health of our employees. At Kaiser, we have a lot of programs that help people and communities (like Community Action), but we also have programs for our employees. We also have a group called Kaiser-Pfizer that helps people stay healthy (like the Kaiser Health Insurance program).
While I am not a huge fan of the Kaiser-Pfizer group, I do think that its programs are excellent for employees. I also think that Kaiser needs to do more to help employees stay healthy. A lot of times I see programs that aren’t as effective as they could be or they are too expensive. One that I can think of is the Kaiser Employee Wellness Program.
In Kaiser employee Wellness, employees can get health and wellness programs that include things like yoga classes, nutritional and fitness programs, and other benefits that can help them stay healthy. Kaiser also has a program called “Kaiser Wellness” that helps employees understand how to stay healthy and makes it easy for them to get help. All the employees have access to a computer with a screen so they can take courses online. I think that these programs are amazing for employees and employers.
Kaiser’s wellness program is really a fantastic resource for employees. However, my problem with it is that employees can get the program at any time, but only certain kinds of employees have access to it. The ones that have access to it can get it by applying for it, but they don’t have the same kind of access that other employees have.
The most common way to get the Kaisers wellness program is through the employer’s website. This is great in that employees can apply and take advantage of the program, but it is also something that should raise red flags in employer’s eyes. I don’t really see the need for a health program that everyone has access to unless it is something that is so extensive that people have to be employed by a specific employer to take it.
