I just had to write this post because I was so inspired by the article. I have been taking a lot more walks since I started working out and the more I think about it, the more I realize that I’m not the type of person who can stay at one steady weight all day. I need to be flexible and I need to be able to keep track of my workouts.
I know, I know, the first part of that sentence was so true. It is true. It’s also not true because I was talking about losing weight. I was talking about keeping track of my workouts, which is an entirely different thing.
The reason I want to keep track of my workouts is that I don’t think I can keep track of them. I don’t think I can keep track of my workouts that way. I am going to need to do a lot of different things to keep track of them. Not only that, but I also don’t think I can keep track of them by just keeping track of my workout log.

I think it is definitely a helpful app for people who want to keep track of their activities, and it will certainly help me.
