It has a gym, and they offer physical therapy, osteopathy, massage, as well as a wide range of holistic services. Because of this, it’s not an all-or-nothing kind of place, but there are programs that are recommended to get you started on a healthy, active lifestyle for free. There are also a number of fitness classes offered by the center on a limited basis.
