This is a new and very interesting approach to self-awareness. I have to say that I’m not a huge fan of this idea. I feel that it is too focused on the body and a little too focused on mind. I think it is a very narrow mindset to be focused on the mind. I also do not think that there are three distinct levels of self-awareness.
In my opinion, the three levels are our thoughts, actions, and emotions. Although I see the point in having a certain amount of self-awareness with regards to thoughts, actions, and emotions, I do not think it is enough. The first and simplest level is focused on the thoughts. The next level is focused on the actions. The last level is focused on the emotions. The most basic level is focused on the emotions.
The first level is focused on what you want and the next level is focused on what you do to get it. The next level is focused on what you think you want. The last level is focused on what you think you have. There is a distinction between a basic level of self-awareness and a deeper level of self-awareness.
The first kind of self-awareness is self-awareness of our thoughts. This is often called “cognitive-awareness.” This is self-awareness of what we think and what we choose to think about. The second kind of self-awareness is the kind of self-awareness that is based on our emotions. This is self-awareness of our emotional state.
The difference between these two kinds of self-awareness is the difference between the state of being a “normal” person and a “moron.” The idea of normal is what we would usually call “healthy” and the idea of a “moron” is what would normally be called “diseased.” Our default position is usually to act in a normal way.

I have been in many health cascades and no other time like this one. The first time I got in a health cascade I spent the next three days having a panic attack and feeling like I was going into a coma. I felt like I was going to die. I was so confused. I was sick on anxiety pills, and I was on heart meds which made me dizzy and slow.
I am sure you guys have heard about health cascades before. We at Metro Health Labs would like to put this to bed. So what happens is that when your heart’s at an elevated level, it affects the entire body, and when your body is being affected by that sort of thing, it can cause a health cascade.
