This is true. I feel that the training center at our PCI health care insurance provider in Nashville is one of the best training sites I’ve ever used. It was designed to teach you how to use the latest, cutting edge, technology. The way that we train is to give you the tools you need in order to complete a task so it’s not boring.
At the PCI, health technicians have gone to work learning everything they can to help those who come in to get a health check up. The program is really about helping them get to know their clients a little more than what they were told. The program is based on the philosophy that health is more than just a health check up, it is about improving your health and getting to know the person you are dealing with.
For example, a client could have a pacemaker and I was told to remove it in order to do my job. I would have to remove it myself, but I could tell that a few heart attacks would never be able to happen if the pacemaker was removed. By removing it, I can tell that I can do my job better and better each day.
