After a bout of flu that made her life a living hell, phyllis stokes gets back on track with a healthier lifestyle and a positive attitude.
While her husband, Kevin, was out of the house, phyllis got a little carried away with her new fitness regimen.
As it turns out, “physitis” is an illness that causes someone to have an overwhelming urge to reach for a health supplement or food that they normally would avoid, like a vitamin pill, or a pill that contains caffeine. In physitis, someone’s body is trying to compensate for the lack of certain nutrients or certain foods, which in turn can lead to a medical condition.
I feel I know what phyllis has been doing. She and her husband, Kevin, have been trying to get Phyllis to eat more vegetables and fruit. I didn’t see any mention of that in her recent post, but I’ll let you know if it comes up in the comments.
Phyllis was recently diagnosed with a medical condition called “physitis.” In layman’s terms, it is a condition where part of your body is trying to compensate for the lack of certain nutrients or certain foods. This can lead to you being overweight, getting sick, and even having to get shots. Since most people who have this condition are generally overweight or obese, it can be a major problem if you develop a medical condition while they’re not.
Phyllis and I are both in good health, with the exception of the fact that I have been eating healthier since we got married a few years ago and she hasn’t. But we are both in good health, and this is something that we can control. We don’t want to get sick, so we try to eat healthier and exercise (especially us) a few times a week.
If you are overweight and have this condition, you are going to have some issues with your digestion. It may not be the best thing to be eating, but if you dont have a good digestive system you may be at great risk for having gastrointestinal issues, which is one of the most common causes of death.
A large number of people are overweight and have digestive issues. We are not worried about this, but it is something that we are doing to control our health. A healthy digestive system is one of the many things that we are very good at, and this is something that we can control and get better at.
If you eat too much and you get constipated then you are probably going to be very sick, but it’s more than likely going to be a GI issue. If you have a good digestive system, you can still eat foods that won’t cause problems and can be very healthy. The best way to get this is to exercise and eat healthy food.
I think that’s a good way to think about it too. You can’t eat junk food too much and you can’t eat foods that are too big.
