I have a personal quest to find a way to integrate integrative health practices into my daily life so I can continue to do great things such as making healthy choices, eating a whole foods diet, and participating in healthy social and community activities.
Integrative health is really just another word for a whole foods diet. For most of us, a healthy plant based diet has become a part of our lives. One of the things that we can do to improve our health is to integrate healthy plant based practices into our daily lives. A lot of people believe that this is impossible, but I feel that you can do it.
Integrative health is a fairly new term, so I don’t have a lot of personal experience with it. But I do know that a lot of research has been done on the topic and a lot of people have spent time exploring the benefits of eating a whole foods diet. Most of these studies found that it had an impact on a person’s overall health and well-being.

The Quest Integrative Health approach is a well-established approach to eating that has been used by countless cultures throughout the ages, including the Native Americans who use it to heal themselves from the trauma of being hunted by the Cheyenne tribe.
