By combining some of the latest research from the University of Massachusetts and the University of Iowa, I present the following study. After an intense run, the participants were asked to do strength training for three or four weeks. Then they were asked to do strength training for four weeks. All the data was analyzed and a significant increase in muscle strength was found for all participants.
