To be honest I feel that we also tend to focus on the physical aspects of our lives and neglect the mental which is the opposite. We are too busy, so we don’t have time to think, and so we become so stressed out. But if we were to focus on the mental, what we would be most concerned with is our health. I know that is a vague statement but I think the mental and physical would mesh really well.
We are so busy that we forget we are busy. We are too focused on getting things done, and not focused on the importance of the mental. We are too busy to be happy and healthy. But if we were to focus on the mental, you would be the happiest person you know. You would have a great career, be a leader in your field, and be active in your community.
The one thing that makes me really happy is the fact that I am in a relationship with a woman who is going through a tough time in her life at the moment. We are going through a rough patch, but we are going to work through the hard times together. We are going to get through this together, and I know that it will be a long road.
