Our shorehaven behavioral health practice is a four-week intensive program for those who want to practice mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve overall life quality and well-being.
We’re always looking for new ways to teach mindfulness to our clients, so we wanted to make sure that our new program provided all of that.
Our mindfulness practices are very similar to mindfulness techniques from the Buddhist traditions. The goal of mindfulness meditations is to help you become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Many of us have a hard time thinking about what we’re doing and feeling, so mindfulness allows us to be more aware of these aspects. We also use mindfulness techniques to help you manage stress, and we teach you how to manage your own stress and emotions.
That’s a great start. The best part about it is that we’re still trying to figure out how to incorporate mindfulness into the day-to-day life of every single person in our care. We can’t predict how someone’s brain will react to mindfulness, but we’re trying to figure out how we can help people with their stress.
We are learning a lot from our clients and students. A lot of people struggle with their stress, and we are hoping that by incorporating mindfulness into our care, we can help everyone have a stress-free, enjoyable, and productive lifestyle. That is our goal for the future.

The idea is that mindfulness is a bit like meditation. Instead of focusing on your breathing, you focus on your feelings. You meditate on your feelings and then focus on your breathing again. This way, you focus on your feelings and then focus on your breathing, and so on.

I think that mindfulness is a good concept, and I think that mindfulness is something most people can do. But I also think that it’s important that people who are trying to reduce their stress become more aware of their feelings. Because when we’re stressed, we tend to isolate ourselves from others, which means that we may not be as aware of the sensations that are happening to us. And I think that it’s important to not isolate yourself from other people.
