I recently had my son, Tyler, join me for Springfield Health and Fitness. Tyler has always been a runner, and I have always been a runner. The difference is that now I am a parent with him and he is the runner. He has developed a love for the trails that allows him to do so. He is a quick learner and does what he wants to do, which helps him get in great shape. He loves to run and it was no different.
There are lots of ways you can get in great shape, and Tyler is one of them. A little bit of running, and you can get in a great shape. But if you are serious about getting in great shape, go to the gym. Or at least go to a nearby park. There will always be a ton of people there, so being a part of the community will help you.

Ive been working out on the elliptical and treadmill, and Ive been using the stair tower and the bike rack to do some more intense leg workouts. The stair tower is my go-to for using the wall as a platform to do some high-intensity cardio and leg workouts. If you have a gym, you are most likely using the machine as something to do to relieve your pain (and get you to the gym quicker).
