Dr. Lester is a clinical psychologist in the Behavioral Health Clinic at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He’s been living this life without a job and only one girlfriend while trying to save the world from the Hellions.
The trailer ends with St. Luke being taken care of by a group of angels who are really just doing his body good. He looks really healthy and healthy, and his body is healing itself. Maybe the phoenix is helping him, but I think St. Luke is just playing along.
