I am a small town girl but I am actually one of the first to admit I have no idea what the heck that means. As a result, I have a lot of questions.
Summit Health and Fitness is a fitness club in the mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona. It was founded by former bodybuilder and personal trainer, Matt Stiles, and his wife, Jennifer, in 2015. Summit is also the site for the first major fitness challenge of 2017.
The objective of the challenge? A challenge in which competitors must complete a series of workouts in the shortest amount of time possible. And that’s exactly what happens. The challenge begins with a group of people getting together for a one-on-one workout. But then one of my friends, Mike, decides to join and take the challenge with him. It’s a fun idea, and we are all glad he does.
Mike actually takes the challenge and is the first to complete the workouts in the shortest amount of time. But he is the first one to leave. So he decides to leave, and the next person to do the challenge is the first to finish the challenge. So in the end the challenge is won by a guy named Matt who uses a power cable drill.
We all agreed that the best exercise for us is when we are all on the same platform and have to stand on a platform to get a workout. But we also agreed that it doesn’t matter if we are on the same platform, or at the same place. That’s a great idea, so we are all in a bit of a bind. It is a bit awkward, but I guess we were all willing to move forward.
The challenge is not a huge thing, so we can get to work right away. The problem is that we are not at the same place, so we have to get to the same place. I think we all agree I have the power cable drill. So I guess we all agree I am doing a good enough job at standing on a platform to get the workout.
The problem is that the platform we are on is small. Our bodies are not built for the big platforms. All three of us have the same height, and we are all wearing the same type of underwear. That’s a little weird as well.
The Summit Health and Fitness website has a ton of information about how to improve your life. But we don’t always want to go that route. We want to get to the same place, the same place we have always been. So I have a little exercise belt that I can put on my leg. I have a stick on my left hand and my right hand is clenched into a fist. I can use this to push against the edge of the platform.
As I push and pull against the edge of the platform, the platform moves up and down. Thats because, like all exercise, it has to be done in small increments to ensure you’re moving to your full potential. The platform moves up and down because it’s your body’s way of telling you that you’re getting closer to your potential, which is good.
The platform also moves up and down because its part of the body youre building up toward your potential. Thats because building up toward your potential means your body is building up toward your potential, which is good. I think the platform moves up and down because its your way of telling you that youre about to move to a place where you can put more into your body.
