I’ve come across too many people who’ve said that they have always wanted to work but they are too afraid of the time commitment.
What if you wanted to train your body to be a better construction homeowner, but you also just wanted to do some housework? Well, you have two options. You can either (a) go to a gym and work out at the same time, or (b) if you have all the time in the world, you can do both.
For the first option, the first step would be to schedule your time into a workout schedule. I.e. if you work out twice a day (6:00 AM and 1:00 PM), then you have 3 hours of exercise time. If you work out 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, then it’s 1 hour.
This is a little easier said than done. If you have a long commute, or even a long day, then it’s hard to get in the habit of working out. If you’re working out, however, you are bound to find that it’s actually easier to get in the habit of working out, because you’re taking less time to get to the gym.

In a way, we are all guilty of this. When we are working multiple jobs, it can be hard to know when to schedule a workout. This is why i highly recommend that you have a workout schedule for your gym. You can then track your workouts and see which workout works best for you and how long it takes you to get back into shape.
