Wichita Police Department is the largest law enforcement agency in Wichita, and the Health Department is the largest health department in Wichita. As such, the two are both heavily regulated. The Wichita Health Department, for example, is tasked with inspecting restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other establishments that do business with the public. They also enforce a number of laws relating to public health and the environment.
While the Health Department is largely regulated, the Wichita Police Department has no such restrictions. However, Wichita Police Department is one of the only departments in the entire state to have a full-time police officer on duty 24/7, including on weekends.
So in all seriousness, Wichita Falls doesn’t have any health code violations. What’s more, the Health Department is not just a bunch of police officers patrolling the streets. They are also a pretty large part of Wichita Falls’ food-related businesses. For example, the city’s restaurants, which are in the majority of the city’s downtown area, have their own health officers.
The health department is staffed by a bunch of people who don’t have any health code training. They are so well trained in what they are required to do by state and federal laws that they are almost useless, which is why we have them on duty so many of the time.

Now the health department has a new goal of reducing waste. The health department is attempting to find a way to recycle the entire waste stream. In fact, the department wants to take the entire waste stream from the city and store it in some sort of place where we can use it or sell it back to the city.
The health department is taking the waste stream from the city, trying to recycle it, and using it to reduce waste in the city. That’s an interesting goal, and one that should be welcomed with open arms by all of our residents. But in the meantime, we’re stuck with one of the poorest public health departments in the country.

The city has a bunch of problems but they’re not the ones that the health department is trying to solve.
