The National Institutes of Health states that the average woman has some 2.4 million cell phone calls a day. The cell phone is a critical piece of our daily lives, but many women still aren’t using it the way they should.
So if you have a cell phone and you don’t use it right, you could be putting yourself at risk for developing cancer. The CDC says that about 10,000 women die every year from breast cancer which happens to be the most common form of cancer for females, and many of these women die from breast cancer that is caused by a lack of cell phone use.
The CDC is investigating the increase in breast cancer cases in women over the past few years and they report a significant increase in cancer deaths among women that are women who have used their cell phones. Women who make sure they are using their cell phones more often are being found to have more cancers and more deaths. When the cell phone users are found to be at increased risk for cancer, they are placed on a strict monitoring schedule. Cell phone users are also required to be checked for other health conditions.
The researchers are studying the phenomenon because of the women’s fears of being found to have high cell phone exposure. The findings are being studied because women who are being monitored may be having high levels of cell phone exposure, which may be playing a role in the disease.
I know what you’re thinking. What’s the big deal? How the heck are cell phones any different than a cigarette? Well, aside from being a giant, smoldering, evil-smelling, radioactive thing, cell phones do the same thing as a cigarette. They’re just a lot more dangerous.
As we all know, exposure to cell phones is not new. In fact, cell phones were banned in the US until recently because of concerns about their safety. At the time, some of us weren’t convinced that cell phones were so deadly, even though we knew they had been around for years. But the fact is, for much more than a decade cell phones have been banned in the US because of cancer-causing radio frequency radiation.
This time, however, as the U.S. has tightened its ban on cell phones, the risk of exposure to radiation has increased. The most dangerous sources are the ones we use every day, like our cell phones, weve been warned.
Well, I think anyone taking cell phone radiation safety seriously needs to be tested by a doctor. This is because the FDA (the Food and Drug Administration) and other safety agencies have only been testing radiation levels in the general public for a few years. This is not as good as the tests done in the laboratory, but still better than nothing.
A woman who has been exposed to radiation has been put in a coma, and doctors in the medical community have found she has no brain function. It would appear that she’s been exposed to radiation and its effects have left her brain damaged. It’s unknown how long she’s been in the coma. The only good news is she’s survived and is still able to walk, even if she has no ability to think.
The doctor who treated her is now working on a project to find out just what happened to her. We know that if her brain is damaged she can’t think, but we don’t know how much damage her brain has sustained. It could affect her cognitive ability, her memory, her reasoning ability, and possibly her physical activity.
